My Month in Numbers

I am joining Julie Kirk again recording snippets of my month in numbers. This is such a great idea, I love it!
Here is my March 2013 in numbers. I am impressed with myself for actually getting this posted ‘on time’ I know Julie doesn’t send out the MiN police but it feels good to post it at the end of the month I am talking about.

Thank you Julie for this great meme.

My Last 3 Months in Numbers

Thanks to Julie Kirk at Notes on Paper for this meme which has become part of my memory keeping.
Memory is very strange don’t you think?
I keep a list of numbers as I go through the month.
I look through my photos to remind me of what was happening and add stuff to the list.
I even choose a photo to print my list on.
And then I forget to post it!

Christmas seems forever ago doesn’t it?

Here’s a strange question, one that I frequently had to ask people when I worked. What do you forget?

My Month in Numbers

I am linking up with Julie Kirk again this month with her wonderful meme which records a month in numbers. I think this is a great way to recall some of the events of the last month. Julie puts our months on her pinterest board, a great place to see what others have recorded during the month

This card looks so much better printed out I’m not sure why, but here is what I recorded this month

3 Craft events 2 evenings and 1 day
129 Candles bought OK some of them were tea lights but they still count
2 Christmas decorations bought (I’m only supposed to buy one but as its my own rule I broke it)
1 visit to the hairdresser
1 visit to the dentist
1 visit to the hospital
1 visit to my nail technician
10 Nails looking like Lavender Nights Oh so sparkly!
8 Emergency service vehicles outside my door on 5th (nothing to do with me!)
10 the maximum number we could turn our music up to try to distract the dog from the fireworks
100’s of tears cried because Downton has finished
1 decision made not to make Christmas cards this year.
6 fabric trees made, only little but they took ages!
Some foody numbers thanks to Sian’s October numbers
New Meals cooked in November
1 Nigelissima Beef with tomatoes and in a marinade I made this twice
1 Hairy Dieters Paella
1 My own Chicken & fresh pesto with rice & green beans I made this twice!
I was counting mince pies eaten and pints of skinny milk bought but I was too shocked by the numbers getting larger and larger

It is the most beautiful morning here, sunshine & blue skies, ok it’s freezing but it looks fabulous. Hope your day is good.

My Month in Numbers

I’m joining Julie Kirk again with my October in numbers

1 the number of new books I ordered
31 the number of pictures I had printed to finish my LSNED project
4 the number of days Lotta came to stay
3 the number of extra days she decided to stay
4 the number of extra extra days she stayed!
That equals 11 Lotta days this time!
27 the number of cobwebs I counted in the garden yesterday
31 the number of days I took a picture of the sky
1 the number of new books delivered!
3 the number of DVD’s I ordered
1 the number of fabulously carved pumpkins in the house
1 the number of dolphins I saw in the sky

Julie has a pinterest page for our monthly numbers, take a look here

Thank you Julie for hosting this great meme.

My Month in Numbers

I am so enjoying putting together My Month in Numbers. It is a great meme started by Julie Kirk over at Notes on Paper.
I like to choose a photo that figures in my month and put my list on to the picture.
The pages are coming together nicely and will make a fun mini…eventually.

So September came together like this.

Now I know that folks in countries other than the UK might be laughing at my funnel clouds and I don’t mind a bit but they are very rare here and half of our street was out taking pictures and just looking at these. It was the highlight of my week! ☺

Anyone have any idea what happened to September?
October 1st, it is 15 deg here and raining, that means the wretched biting creatures are still here. Haven’t they had enough of me over the weekend? I can see me starting my October numbers with the embarrassingly large number of bites I have! Hey Ho, bring on a fabulous frosty Autumn morning.
