My Snap! for Week 19 was Blossom

This week for Helelna’s lovely meme my Snap! is Progress

I love the stages of growth here.

Something nice to look forward to, last year pears were beautiful.

The apples will be ready in October but they are never sweet enough for me to eat so I leave them for photographing and for the birds to feast on.

The cherry is ornamental and I’ve never seen it fruit but here it is this morning

Thank you for the suggestion to photograph the progress from the blossom to the fruit. And, hopefully, (memory permitting) there will be another Snap! opportunity around the fruit in a couple of months!

Week 22

My Snap this week for Helelna’s lovely meme is Let them eat cake

I hope you don’t mind a sequence this week (and probably next week).

I was watching and taking pictures of this bullfinch being fed from the wing mirror of the car next door. Paul decided he might like my banana loaf! So unknown to me he put some on our wing mirror. I love the birds as you all know but just can’t stand them near me. I missed the first visit being dramatic, sure that he would come in the car.
This time I was brave.
