…that makes my heart soar
I just love this picture of them, and thanks to Amy I made a page.
Journalling
February 2011. Lotta was here from university in Glasgow. She was struggling with her revision for looming exams. She needed your help but nothing you said or did pleased her.

I apologise now for ever being difficult when it came to my
essays.
How did you both cope?!
Head Desk Head Desk…..I need a vodka

The dates are strange I know, I made the page in June but I don’t always put my pages on my blog. There is more to the picture I choose, but it’s not for here. The untold story reminded me of this e-mail. Oh! blame Amy
It doesn’t matter what you scrap or how you scrap, but the story does matter and so do the photos. Look at your photos and see the story – the rest comes easily … and even those dodgy photos have a lot of value and character. Write the stories people, write the stories, they are what bring your pages to life!
I’m really pleased you made a page Miriam, it’s fantastic … and, I am also quite impressed that you have an email from that long ago saved!
What a great page and story! I hope he enjoyed his vodka! x
Well done on the page, I think that’s exactly what I am missing at the moment, capturing all the bits and pieces that make up our lives.
Great story and memory – and I am right with you on recording the now …
I must make a note to consider emails for stories when scrapping. I love this layout and am glad you shared it with us. My scrapbooking has taken such a back seat this summer with all the travel, kitchen construction, and photo editing. It doesn’t look like there’ll be as much time this fall as I hoped, either! Well, it’s lovely to be busy and happy, but I need to keep a list of stories to tell.
Love this 🙂 i’ve not scrapped any emails, but now I think I might pay more attention to those that might be scrapworthy 🙂
