Take as many photos as possible in five minutes and post five of them here..

I went to look at the swans on Harp Lake in Barry S. Glamorgan with my brother, well he wanted to show me the water as well which this year all of a sudden turned green! Apparently the fault of some algae, the wildlife didn’t seemed bothered by it.
These swans, I counted 47, are well used to being fed by visitors, they arrive from all points of the lake, very quickly when you even think about standing still! consequently when there is nothing for them, one or two get extremely cross, biting other swans, getting out of the water and walking up behind folks perhaps to see if there is anything in back pockets!
Swans are usually so graceful, gliding very serenely along the water making it easy to take pictures, but this lot were manic! I’ve gone off them now!
I did take a few pictures with Sandies meme in mind.
Thank you Sandie
I think swans can be rather scary. They say they have the strength to break your arm. When we were at Kew Gardens there was a whole swan family mom, dad and about 8 cygnets all sat on the path. We had to take a wide berth because my friend has a severe bird phobia but some people with kids were sat amongst them. Maybe they do it every day but looked unwise to me! You can imagine what my friend thought!
The swans are gorgeous! As always, your photography catches their essence!
I knew that swan could be quite cross. One once took off after one of my children when they were quite young; scared both of us! They are beautiful, however.
Goodness those swans sound a bit scary, good that you managed to get some photos.
Fantastic photos as always.
A swan once grabbed my foot and I have had a healthy respect for them ever since. They are beautiful creatures and so graceful. You managed to get some good shots even if the swans were uncooperative and cross! Thank you for taking part this month, I enjoyed tor photos and the visit to Harp Lake.
I love the idea of taking as many photos as possible in 5 minutes!! These are 5 wonderful photos…
These are lovely, as always, with your photography skills. I like how you have captured different angles. I have a healthy respect for swans!
