I have had the most wonderful day today, I thought of you whilst we were all in the kitchen, chopping, peeling, mixing, cooking, mashing, stirring, eating, listening to carols and drinking very small glasses of wine (hic) 😉 preparing for tonight and tomorrow.

My family have arrived, Paul is feeling so much better, I am in full flu swing but now I have plenty of people here to look after me. Thank you for all your good wishes I really do appreciate you thinking of me.

She is a fabulous dog, very quiet, very gentle. She is often cold, mostly asleep, sometimes escapes, she is my shadow, she has more coats than me and more blankets than a blanket shop.
She has a new collar and a festive scarf this Christmas, gifts from Lotta! I haven’t been able to get any decent pictures of her wearing her new clothes yet, plenty of very close wet noses! much too scary to post. May be next week.
