…in my garden today. No rain! We had high winds but a fabulous sky and bright sunshine.
It is such a welcome relief after ‘the great storm’ which actually wasn’t that great here.
I hope you were warm and dry if it passed your way?
Looking up at the Cherry in flower again! and down at the Bay about to flower in November? Nature’s gone mad.
Thank you for this lovely meme Helena.
Gosh, yes, Nature must be confused! These are lovely photos and I am relishing the blue sky given that ours is still grey :).
These are lovely, Miriam!
We had rain this morning, but then it cleared up and was actually quite mild for this time of year.
I hope you had a wonderful day!
looks like spring rather than autumn ! the storm didn’t make it this far north but we have had rather a lot of rain
There were horrific photos of the big storm on our world news, so glad you escaped the brunt of it. Beautiful photos!
There is something very cheery about cherry blossom!
We pulled the garden furniture into the house and tied down the trampoline..and in the end the storm passed us by. We were lucky.
Yes, that is strange isn’t it? I was curious when I saw cherry blossoms at the end of October? Hopefully this won’t mess up your cherry crop for next year.
I like the first shot a lot! It’s got lovely colours against the blue sky.
Oh my! You not only still have leaves on the trees, you have flowers, too. I’m just a wee bit envious! Beautiful shots, Miriam. I especially love that first one. Makes me think of spring … which is only about 6 months away. Sigh!
Lovely photos and I can’t believe that they are in flower again! We had no damage here – very lucky.
