5 in 5 in December

With Sandie at Itchifingers Sandie asks us to take as many pictures as possible in just 5 minutes and post 5 of them and link with her.

For December I am sharing 6 pictures of a sunrise I saw early in December.
I can see the sun rise from our spare bedroom window, the window is small and there is not a huge amount of sky but I can’t resist taking pictures of the ever changing colours.
This morning as I was looking through my lens I noticed a tiny bit of the sun peeking out behind a chimney. I just kept watching and clicking. In the last picture (6) I have removed a distracting television aerial, in photoshop, not in reality! Although… one dark night I might…

Thank you for hosting this lovely monthly meme Sandie. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

  1. They are beautiful with some really crisp silhouettes. There have been some spectacular skies in the morning but I haven’t seen anything quite like that. I’m not going to mention the abacus this time. I shall be sending you one for Christmas. Just don’t look at my Snap tomorrow!

  2. What lovely photos Miriam! I love watching the sun rise. I have telephone wires that spoil my photos and like your idea of using PhotoShop to erase unwanted objects. The colour of the sky is wonderful, such a lovely start to the day.
Thank you for taking part in this month 5 in 5, happy snapping and a very happy Christmas to you and your family.
