Ha ha! They are a bit of a pest! I do hope there was more than one. When I was in hospital for a week before I had one of my girls the magpies used to gather outside the window. I used to count them and say the rhyme hoping for the correct answer.

Lovely photo of the magpie against the blue sky. In our region magpies are not a common bird & I do not think there have been any sightings in a very long time. Although the last time I was in England I think it was the one bird other than the pigeons that I saw in quantities (col).
Is it Photo Shop that you use to put the words on the photo?
