Six Word Friday’s

Adrienne’s word for this week is Cover

The idea of six word Friday’s is:
Blogging: Six Words at a Time
Build a post around the prompt word, publish it and link up here on Fridays. The challenge? To keep each line you write to only SIX {6} WORDS!!

I usually post a picture with a six, (occasionally twelve) word caption.
Well Cover and one photo wasn’t working for me. I tried breaking this up into 6 words per line but that wasn’t working for me either.

My view is roofs.
I long for space and
For a huge uninterrupted sky.

Cosy and warm under winter covers
Until dog wanted out.
Through windows that need cleaning I saw the morning sun.

Through my lens I saw the frosty tiles
Neatly lined up against the sky.
I saw the sun flare
And smiled
Sunflare-on-frosty-tiles
My boring roofs have come to life.

Negatives have become positive

Thank you for the sunrise and thank you dog.
