It is week two of Daisy Yellow’s Index Card A Day challenge.
I have been inspired by Tammy’s prompts again. I love doing this project, it’s such fun to create on a small card every day. There are some amazing pieces of art linked to the ICAD flickr page.
I have made a slideshow of my cards for days 8 -14. They are all 6 x 4 plain cards or Gelli prints or I cut up some old manilla type folders I found during a clear out. In the spirit of the challenge, nothing fancy.
I do whatever pops into my mind when I read the prompt, the only theme I am doing is for the colour prompts. I want to use fabric.

You’re creating some wonderful mini pieces of art here!
You are amazing, my friend!
I just LOVE these.
Oh, these are wonderful, and I love the way you display them on the little easels. I think my favourites are the White Album, and the one with stitched fabric flowers. They definitely would make great postcards!
love these…they are all so different!
Very cool. I especially love toy camera and magenta.
Rinda
lovely variety while still all being clearly from the same person – 12 is my fav
Oh, I am just flipping OUT over these!
I used to be able to do draw and doodle daily. Then I went for a long journey with illness. When I emerged, I had lost my energy? imagination? both? to do things like ICAD. Then, about 17 years ago, I discovered quilting. The rest is history -except sometimes I have to take a break from that, too.
That’s why I was so happy to discover Six Word Fridays. I can create from a reclining position! LOL!
They are all so wonderfully varied and different..it’s obvious this project is really speaking to you
I have very much enjoyed your little video, you techno-wizard :). The alphabet one is my favourite but they are all so different and unique – you, have such talent.
Some lovely little works of art Miriam. I plan to join in during July. I have a pack of index cards at the ready now. Loved your little wooden house in a previous post. Just magical. Having a little catch up with everyone today, after a frantic few weeks!
