Week 19
Zooming in and out in my garden
Not very exciting is it?
Now I would never make a wild life photographer, I just can’t sit still for long enough and then when something happens I miss it!
Here are the pair of Blackbirds that have their nest in the ivy.
Fortunately they don’t need that arrow, they seem to know exactly which leaf is their entrance. I pin pointed it by the yellow leaf at 10 o’clock from the top left hand corner of the lamp. No matter how much I zoomed in I can’t see them, they were in there when I took the photo’s
Week 18
Zooming in and out in my garden again last week.
Next doors cat whose sole purpose in life is to annoy my dog!
Week 17
Zooming in and out trying to conquer my fear of moths. I rescued this from a vase of water. I was terrified that it would move but then realised that it must be waterlogged, so wouldn’t.
Week 16 Easter Week
Zooming in and out with my friends hens. This is Clem.
So although I wasn’t able to link up during my blogging break, I still took the photos, ZIZO is part of my life now!
I know what you mean. We have the occasional hummingbird visit the hibiscus plant on our deck in the Summer. I’m never able to capture them though!
I love those blackbirds, great photos x
So nice to catch up with your ZIZOs! I’m still loving the watercolour effects.
Hi Miriam~
That is one pretty chickie!
I hear Prince Charles lost 24 of his chickens to a fox last night. 🙁
Glorious! I have totally fallen for Clem, and am drooling g over your watercolours …
I don’t think I’ve ever managed a really good photograph of a bird! Great ZIZO captures!
wonderful collection of nature details and colour – I’d be fine with the moth but wary of the chicken
love all the ZIZOs but especially the little blackbird!
The moth is pretty cool- we just have ugly moths in Winnipeg!
Some great shots, as always. The feathers on the chicken look amazing. Great capture. I love to see your watercolour effects and keep hoping that Waterlogue will suddenly become available for Android users!
